How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, debit cards, and credit cards. For schools and organisations, we can also invoice with standard payment terms.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the programme start date. Cancellations within 14 days may receive credit toward a future programme. We understand circumstances change and try to be flexible where possible.
